I have to admit that I am very lucky. I have great customers, a fabulous wife and family, and some pretty darn good employees. While I get to "have my cake and eat it too", I have a great support staff allowing me to enjoy my years of passion. While I am away, my wife is taking care of the e-mails, voice mails, as well as the banking duties. My Dad, god bless him, had to have his back surgery so he is out for a while but I am happy to report that all is well. Zack, has been doing his best to take in work, performing the tasks he does so well. You, my customers are waiting patiently for my return. All the while, I get to move head on into the challenges of racing and do what I love. I have been accused of micro managing ( something I hated as an underling ) and while I tell myself to let go more I find myself hanging on tighter. Why, I don't really know. All I know is I want to do my best to repay all of you for allowing me the grace to do what I love. I have the distinct honor of being a part of American Honda's Moto 2 effort and it has been a great challenge. As always I look forward to this challenge just as I look forward to providing great service to my customers. Thanks to all of you.
